The associate advises lenders, debtors, and other stakeholders on in-court and out-of-court restructuring matters. The work includes Chapter 11 reorganizations, workouts, distressed transactions, drafting and negotiating agreements, and providing practical legal guidance across complex matters.

What you'll do

• Advise clients on restructuring matters
• represent lenders, debtors, and other stakeholders in Chapter 11 reorganizations, out-of-court restructurings, workouts, and distressed transactions
• draft and negotiate loan documents and restructuring agreements
• prepare reorganization plans, support agreements, first-day motions, pleadings, and filings
• advise on creditor rights and remedies
• manage multiple matters and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
