Service Coordinator

What you'll do

• Manage incoming service calls and route them by work type, urgency, and customer
• dispatch technicians with complete job information
• communicate schedules and changes to customers
• handle emergency and after-hours dispatch coverage
• maintain service and preventative maintenance schedules
• allocate technician manpower with service leaders
• identify resource conflicts
• coordinate equipment, tools, deliveries, and materials
• arrange site access and manage badge requests, issuance, and returns.
