What you'll do

• Review project contracts, plans, specifications, schedules, and requirements
• support project startup, procurement coordination, scheduling, and documentation
• assist with CPM and look-ahead schedules
• coordinate drawings, submittals, procurement, and project files
• maintain logs and meeting notes
• support cost tracking, WIP preparation, forecasting, safety and quality documentation, change and delay records, inspections, and closeout
• escalate risks and issues to project leadership.
