What you'll do

• Manage a significant caseload from inception to post-trial
• attend hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials
• prepare pleadings, discovery responses, motions, and other litigation documents
• provide timely case-status reports to insurance carriers and clients
• develop clients through relationship building. Travel to courthouses and other locations is expected
• meet monthly billing requirements of 175 hours. Must be a member in good standing of the Florida Bar.
