What you'll do

• Perform preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance on robotic manufacturing cells
• respond to remote and onsite escalations
• diagnose root causes and restore systems
• support customer operators and maintenance teams
• log service activity and parts needs in CMMS
• monitor system performance remotely
• document service work and follow-up
• identify recurring failures
• follow safety standards including LOTO
• participate in root-cause analysis and continuous improvement.
