What you'll do

• Own and execute sales and marketing strategy across Florida communities
• build organic referral networks with healthcare and community partners

• identify and convert leads
• coach and hold Marketing Directors accountable to occupancy and revenue goals
• monitor market trends, competitor activity, and occupancy data
• report census performance, pipeline health, and revenue forecasts to executive leadership
• represent the organization at industry events and community outreach initiatives.
