What you'll do

• Oversee leasing, resident relations, maintenance coordination, and administration
• ensure compliance with HUD Project-Based Section 8 requirements
• manage annual and interim recertifications, income verification, and eligibility
• maintain tenant files and HUD records
• monitor occupancy, vacancies, leasing, and unit readiness
• submit Housing Assistance Payment information
• use property management software
• coordinate work orders, preventive maintenance, and turnovers
• inspect property
• address resident concerns and enforce lease policies
• manage rent collections, delinquency reporting, notices, and financial reporting
• prepare for HUD reviews and inspections
• communicate with regional management.
