Registered Nurse — Behavioral Health Detox and Residential Care

What you'll do

• Oversee medical orders and address patient concerns
• triage concerns and administer medications and injections as directed by a physician
• monitor self-administration of medication
• respond to medical emergencies and work with the clinical team during psychiatric emergencies
• perform authorized laboratory procedures
• document observations and care
• communicate with patients and care professionals
• support admissions and discharges
• maintain medication records, confidentiality, and infection-control practices.
