The Overnight Nursing Supervisor role is an onsite, full-time position in North Easton, MA, working 11 p.m.–7 a.m. Pay is $43–$47.50 per hour, depending on license and weekday or weekend shift. The supervisor supports resident care at Southeast Rehabilitation & Skilled Care Center under the direction of the Director of Nursing Services. This role directs nursing care activities during the shift to maintain quality resident care. It coordinates care plans and staff implementation, monitors resident status and records, communicates significant findings, and responds to medication and emergency needs as applicable.

What you'll do

• Direct nursing care activities during the shift
• help meet residents’ nursing and rehabilitation needs
• develop, update, and communicate care plans
• ensure staff follow care plans and recognize changes in resident status
• transcribe physician orders
• review records and document nursing notes and assessments
• report significant findings and contact physicians when needed
• administer medication according to procedure if applicable
• initiate emergency procedures as necessary
• promote positive resident and family relations.
