Marketing Communications Coordinator

Job overview

The Marketing Communications Coordinator role is onsite in Stillwater, OK, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and occasional evenings and weekends. Compensation is $45,000–$63,000 per year. The role supports OSU’s Office of Undergraduate Admissions and Recruitment in communicating with prospective students, families, and other audiences. The coordinator manages digital projects and Slate CRM email campaigns, including audience segmentation, content development, HTML/CSS, usability testing, and performance analytics. The role also supervises and coaches communications specialists and contributes to strategic marketing and communications planning.
