Pet Care Customer Service Representative

Job overview

The Pet Care Customer Service Representative role is onsite in Lone Tree, CO. Compensation is $15.50–$17.00 per hour, paid biweekly. The role supports K9 Resorts of Lone Tree’s pet care clients through telephone, in-person, and online customer assistance. The representative answers questions, processes orders, documents interactions, and resolves or escalates concerns. The role supports customer service and sales goals while providing administrative assistance and gathering follow-up information for the Sales team.
