What you'll do
- Process payer statements and transactions
- follow up on unpaid claims and resubmit claims as needed
- post and reconcile payments
- prepare daily and month-end reports
- maintain patient demographic and eligibility information
- protect confidential patient and financial records
- review encounter forms for accuracy
- and assign and enter CPT and ICD-10 codes for billable services.
