What you'll do

• Install 12-volt accessories in customer vehicles, including audio/video source units, speakers, amplification, integration devices, safety systems, and remote-start/security systems
• oversee installation quality and safety
• lead, train, and support installation technicians
• maintain quality-control measures
• communicate with customers about appointments and concerns
• coordinate with inventory staff on materials and products
• identify and implement process improvements.
