What you'll do

• Maintain, service, and repair residential heating and cooling systems
• diagnose system issues and recommend repair or replacement solutions
• explain options for upgrades, indoor air quality products, and system improvements
• inspect and perform preventive maintenance
• identify replacement opportunities when appropriate
• document service notes, photos, recommendations, and estimates in ServiceTitan
• follow company pricing and task times
• complete paperwork, financing applications, and digital signatures.
