Life Enrichment Assistant

Job overview

The Life Enrichment Assistant role is onsite in Adel, IA, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.; weekends may be needed for larger community events. Pay is $16 per hour. The role supports residents of StoryPoint Adel, a senior life connections community. The assistant helps plan and carry out activities that support residents’ social welfare and interests. By coordinating with the Life Enrichment Director and Lead, maintaining safe activity spaces, and supporting outings, the role contributes to residents’ engagement and community life.

What you'll do

• Assist the Life Enrichment Director with planning, communication, and execution of activities and life skills
• support administrative tasks
• maintain resident safety
• set up, clean up, and maintain activity areas and community spaces
• attend outings and coordinate related administrative tasks while following safety practices
• uphold employee handbook standards.
