Inventory Analyst

The Inventory Analyst is an onsite, full-time position in Johnson Creek, WI, paying $20–$25 per hour. The role supports materials and products moving through Mastermold’s production process and works closely with the Purchasing Manager. The analyst maintains accurate inventory records and helps ensure materials are available to meet production needs. Inventory counts, Kanban management, and safe material handling support production planning and reduce the risk of supply delays.

What you'll do

• Count and track raw materials and return-to-stock products
• use Sage 100 to monitor inventory, replenishment, material usage, and reports
• manage Kanban cards, signals, and reorder points
• maintain parts-cage inventory
• coordinate parts across production stages
• operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment
• support receiving, staging, storage, inspections, and safety procedures
• coordinate with purchasing and production personnel.
