What you'll do

• Direct daily operations in the assigned activities area, including staffing, facility readiness, equipment maintenance, opening and closing procedures, and guest experience. Monitor safety and operational quality
• anticipate and mitigate hazards
• support employee training and coaching
• maintain inspection logs
• assist with payroll, budget, and scheduling
• manage activity inventory
• and coordinate with other departments.
