What you'll do

• Design activity programs based on residents’ needs and interests
• plan a seven-day activity calendar, including one-to-one programming
• coordinate with the Resident Care Director
• monitor day-to-day operations in the Sweet Memories neighborhood
• support assessments and care-plan meetings
• communicate with families
• train and guide staff
• manage volunteers
• coordinate outings and medical transportation as needed
• supervise program assistants
• provide weekend coverage as assigned.
