What you'll do

• Develop and manage recruiting strategies
• partner with department heads on hiring needs and job descriptions
• source and screen candidates and coordinate interviews
• maintain candidate pipelines
• collaborate on employer branding and marketing content
• conduct reference checks and verify qualifications
• oversee pre-employment checks
• partner with HR on onboarding and conduct new-hire orientation
• develop engagement and retention initiatives
• manage annual performance reviews
• analyze turnover and exit feedback
• build relationships with schools and community partners
• lead career fairs and events
• maintain recruiting records and reports
• support development plans and performance improvement
• manage referral program and OSHA-10 documentation
• communicate benefits and monitor market pay and benefits.
