What you'll do

• Manage goal setting, performance evaluations, and career development for staff.
• Develop direct and indirect reports.
• Create location processes and maintain SCLM.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve problems.
• Improve employee retention and safety performance.
• Manage P&L and financial reporting.
• Oversee SOX invoice reconciliation.
