Soy Plant Operator

The Soy Plant Operator role is onsite in Johnson Creek, WI. Compensation is $24–$27 per hour. The position supports Didion’s soy plant in producing soy-based food products, with a focus on safety, quality, customer satisfaction, and efficiency. The operator performs hands-on plant tasks, including grain transfers and unloading bins and trucks, while following food-safety and equipment procedures. Cross-training across tasks helps support smooth plant operations and team contribution.

What you'll do

• Follow safety procedures, conduct risk assessments, and use required PPE
• complete food-safety documentation
• inspect and care for vehicles, equipment, and tools
• transfer grain and unload bins and trucks
