What you'll do

• Drive 99% no-touch freight.
• Earn up to $150,000 per year as a solo driver.
• Base CPM ranges from $1.17-$2.90.
• Team drivers earn more.
• Minimum weekly pay guarantee of $1,500 per driver.
• Earn safety and performance incentives up to $0.30/mi.
• Accessorial pay available.
• $10,000 sign-on/stay bonus (through 6/30).
• $800 for completing orientation.
• Lease purchase options available with no down payment, no credit check, and walkaway lease.
• Fixed fuel rate of $0.99/gallon.
• Full-service maintenance plan.
• Premium trucks (2023-2026 Internationals and Freightliner Cascadias).
