• Handle inbound and outbound calls in a friendly, timely, and professional manner
• resolve customer issues with the aim of first-call resolution
• research internal systems and collaborate with other departments
• document customer interactions and process claims accurately
• identify suitable customer options
• follow scripts, policies, and procedures and use training resources
• maintain confidentiality
• escalate complex issues
• attend training and team meetings
• adhere to assigned schedules and attendance expectations.
