The Assisted Living Resident Assistant role is onsite in Holland, OH, on a per-diem, as-needed basis with a minimum requirement of one shift per month. Pay is $14.50 per hour. Genacross Lutheran Services is a faith-based nonprofit serving individuals, families, and communities with compassionate care. Working under the Charge Nurse, the Resident Assistant supports residents’ daily living needs and helps maintain a safe, comfortable, and engaging environment while promoting independence and dignity.

What you'll do

• Provide personal care and assistance with daily living
• support residents during meals, social activities, and recreation
• follow individualized care plans and document care
• observe and report changes in condition or safety concerns
• report incidents and hazards according to policy
• help maintain a clean, safe environment
• follow regulations and organizational policies.
