Emissions Technician

The Emissions Technician works onsite in Midvale, UT. Pay is $14–$16 per hour. The role supports Jiffy Lube / Lube Management Corp’s locally operated service locations, which have served communities in Oregon, Utah, and Washington for more than 25 years. This position performs county-required emissions inspections and related vehicle services, helping customers receive complete, timely service while maintaining a safe and pleasant shop environment.

What you'll do

• Perform emissions inspections according to county requirements
• assist customers with preventive maintenance decisions
• drain oil and replace filters
• check and replace automotive fluids
• enter initial service requests
• explain recommended services
• complete sales transactions when needed
• assist with advertising
• follow OSHA and EPA standards
• clean and maintain the shop and property
• be available to work temporarily at nearby locations.
