What you'll do

• Manage and oversee care for complex, high-acuity pediatric patients
• perform at least hourly assessments and monitoring
• provide developmentally and culturally appropriate care
• manage ventilator, BiPAP, CPAP, and oscillator support
• assess cardiac rhythms and continuous vital signs
• titrate vasoactive, sedation, and insulin drips
• perform bedside point-of-care testing
• assist with bedside procedures
• support or lead pediatric codes using PALS
• coordinate and document care.
