What you'll do

• Deliver personalized guest service
• reinforce service standards, including needs-based recommendations and upselling
• meet personal sales goals for memberships, products, and upgrades
• monitor shift-level sales performance
• coach and guide partners
• support onboarding and training
• check equipment, sanitize, and maintain store readiness
• follow company policies
• assist with opening, closing, and shift management
• escalate operational or guest issues as needed.
