What you'll do

• Serve as primary contact for employee benefits clients
• resolve service issues involving claims, eligibility, coverage, billing, and carrier coordination
• manage renewal timelines, submissions, quotes, comparisons, and presentations
• coordinate open enrollment meetings and materials
• update benefits administration systems
• support ACA, ERISA, and HIPAA compliance
• maintain account documentation
• collaborate with producers, carriers, vendors, and colleagues.
