What you'll do

• Provide classroom leadership
• mentor staff and oversee curriculum fidelity
• review lesson plans and model best practices
• conduct observations and coach staff
• ensure active child supervision and health and safety practices
• complete and monitor assessments and documentation
• build relationships with families and conduct meetings
• manage staffing schedules, ratios, and attendance
• oversee licensing compliance, audits, screenings, and implementation of individualized plans.
