What you'll do

• Respond to and follow up with interested buyers and residents
• conduct home tours and showings
• answer questions and help buyers find homes
• guide buyers through application, financing, and closing
• list and sell new, used, and brokered homes
• maintain lead and customer information
• coordinate with community managers
• help prepare homes for showings
• assist with open houses and community events as needed.
