What you'll do

• Schedule TMS appointments and help verify insurance authorizations
• administer treatments according to mental-health professionals’ protocols
• position the electromagnetic coil and support patient comfort
• explain procedures and possible effects
• assist with psychiatric rating scales
• record session notes and collaborate with certified TMS psychiatrists
• greet and direct visitors
• verify patient and insurance information
• maintain electronic records and authorizations
• schedule follow-up appointments and reminders
• assist with minor billing concerns and office supplies
• maintain the waiting room
• support reception and secretarial staff.

Why this role
