Apartment Maintenance Technician

Job overview

The Apartment Maintenance Technician role is onsite in Los Angeles, CA; pay is $18–$28 per hour. The technician supports apartment property maintenance for Anza Management. The role performs repairs and routine maintenance to preserve apartment quality and value and support residents and property operations. It responds to maintenance requests, documents work, and addresses building safety and emergency issues.

What you'll do

• Respond to plumbing, electrical, heating, and general repair requests
• repair walls, floors, doors, and woodwork
• paint apartment interiors
• document repairs
• troubleshoot mechanical processes
• report building malfunctions and respond promptly to emergencies.
