The Senior Machinist Programmer, CNC role is onsite in Sidney, OH, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM. The role develops and maintains CNC programs and machining processes while providing hands-on support to production. It helps deliver complex aerospace components safely and efficiently by improving quality, throughput, and on-time delivery in collaboration with engineering, quality, and operations teams.

What you'll do

• Develop, optimize, and maintain CNC programs using Mastercam and/or Siemens NX CAM
• support CNC mills, lathes, VTLs, and multi-axis machining centers
• create machining strategies, tooling and fixture plans, setup requirements, and manufacturing methods
• prepare setup sheets and manufacturing documentation
• conduct machine prove-outs and production launches
• interpret drawings, models, specifications, and GD&T
• troubleshoot shop-floor issues
• support first article inspections and process validations
• drive continuous improvement
• maintain revision-controlled programs and documentation.
