What you'll do

• Support daily shift operations and team oversight
• ensure team members understand and complete responsibilities
• provide customer service and resolve concerns
• help customers choose wash packages and memberships
• monitor equipment and report maintenance needs
• assist with incident reports and operational documentation
• follow safety procedures
• support opening and closing
• maintain site cleanliness, organization, and wash quality.
