The Industrial Maintenance Technician I – Day Shift role is onsite in Sunnyvale, TX, and pays $17–$24 per hour. Associated Truss & Lumber manufactures wood trusses at its Sunnyvale plant. Working under the maintenance manager, the technician helps keep production equipment and buildings operating reliably. Preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and safety checks support production continuity and help limit downtime.

What you'll do

• Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on truss equipment, conveyors, motors, and pneumatic systems
• disassemble, replace parts, reassemble, and adjust equipment to manufacturer specifications
• perform basic part fabrication after training
• help set up machines and coordinate with production crews
• inspect and maintain dust collection equipment and report fire risks
• complete building repairs
• maintain repair and inspection records
• track parts and supplies
• follow safety procedures and wear required PPE.
