Technical Publications Manager

The Technical Publications Manager role is onsite in Depew, NY; remote work is not available. Pay is $22–$30 per hour. Aero Instruments & Avionics supports technical documentation and quality assurance in an aviation and avionics environment. The role maintains accurate, current technical records and makes documentation accessible digitally through the company intranet. It supports departments’ access to controlled publications and helps ensure documentation and trace records meet applicable FAA requirements.

What you'll do

• Maintain records of technical publications
• acquire and update publications as revisions are released
• provide proof of document currency
• make documentation accessible through the intranet
• maintain digital records of Engineering Orders and Quality Assurance documents
• convert publications to digital format
• review trace documentation for FAA compliance
• support Quality Assurance tasks.
