What you'll do

• resolve customer issues
• manage inventory, ordering, and accuracy
• maintain merchandising and store organization
• oversee cash handling, point-of-sale processes, and daily financial reporting
• ensure policy and safety compliance
• analyze sales and financial results
• execute local sales and marketing initiatives
• collaborate with regional and operational leaders.
