Production Lead

The Production Lead role is onsite in Westport, WA, with pay of $20–$23 per hour. The role supports Pacific Seafood’s Production team in delivering product quality and efficient operations. What you'll do

• Plan, schedule, and coordinate team member duties
• provide training
• monitor performance and production deadlines
• grade and size products and maintain specifications
• verify product quality and assist with inventory tracking
• maintain production records and logs
• price and purchase factory supplies if applicable
• carry out and check HACCP and SSOP requirements
• ensure hygiene and safety procedures are followed and conduct production-area safety inspections.

Why this role

Requires a high school diploma or GED and one year of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Forklift certification, English-Spanish bilingual ability, and basic PC knowledge are preferred. Variable shifts, including weekends and holidays, are required; lifting up to 50 pounds and extended standing or walking are part of the role.
