Case Coordinator

The Case Coordinator role is onsite in Rutland, MA, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Pay starts at $22 per hour and may reach $25.58 per hour based on higher education and/or relevant experience. The role supports Devereux Massachusetts’ day school, serving students ages 6–21 with complex psychological, emotional, and behavioral needs. The coordinator connects clinicians, families, agencies, and other involved parties while supporting treatment teams and program quality. Documentation, therapeutic support, and positive engagement with youth contribute to students’ care, development, and educational progress.

What you'll do

• Provide case management and liaison services
• complete quality improvement responsibilities and assigned clinical documentation
• participate in treatment, program milieu, and quality improvement teams
• provide and ensure therapeutic interventions in a compassionate and safe environment
• engage youth, teach and prompt appropriate behaviors, and provide positive reinforcement
• complete progress notes and incident reports.
