What you'll do

• Lead accounting operations, including job cost, payroll, contracts, accounts receivable and payable, financial assets, and reporting
• implement internal controls and procedures
• oversee month-end and year-end close
• manage and forecast cash flow
• support payroll and file payroll tax returns
• advise on contractor tax matters and oversee tax filings
• manage accounting software and IT issues with outside support
• prepare financial statements and coordinate annual review
• ensure GAAP and tax compliance and oversee IFTA/fuel reporting.
