What you'll do

• Assist with daily sales, merchandising, inventory, and customer service
• advise customers on paint and related products
• process orders and resolve concerns
• support hiring, onboarding, training, scheduling, and coaching
• monitor stock and shipments
• assist with cash handling, opening and closing, reconciliations, and delivery coordination
• promote safety and compliance.
