Shift Leader (Team Captain)

The Shift Leader (Team Captain) role is onsite in Charlotte, NC, with compensation of $15–$17 per hour, plus tips. The role supports South Block’s store operations and its mission of building healthier communities, one block at a time. The Team Captain assists store management with running shifts, opening and closing the store, maintaining quality, and developing team members. The role helps deliver a positive experience for guests and coworkers while supporting the store’s daily operations.
