What you'll do

• Support daily resort Engineering and Maintenance operations
• assist with preventive maintenance and property inspections
• perform and oversee HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and general maintenance repairs
• monitor work orders
• help supervise, schedule, train, and support team members
• ensure OSHA, ADA, and company safety compliance
• coordinate contractors and vendors
• maintain shop inventory
• assist with emergency response and participate in on-call coverage
• provide guest service.
