What you'll do

• Safely operate CDL-required vehicles, including dump trucks, chip trucks, trailers, and equipment
• perform DOT-compliant pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• transport crews, equipment, and materials
• operate and oversee chippers, chainsaws, stump grinders, loaders, and other tree equipment
• lead and supervise crews at residential and commercial sites
• assign tasks and direct workflow
• serve as primary on-site customer contact when needed
• ensure cleanup and quality control
• enforce safety protocols and PPE use
• conduct hazard assessments and tailgate safety meetings
• report incidents and equipment issues
• train and mentor crew members.

Why this role
