The Flexographic Printing Press Operator role is onsite in Pleasant Prairie, WI, with pay of $23 per hour. What you'll do

• Verify job tickets, stock, inks, anilox rolls, and plate cylinders
• set up the press and adjust impression and registration
• complete startup checks, scans, and artwork approval
• mount and wash plates
• clean doctor blades and printing decks
• operate rewind equipment and load or unload rolls
• inspect production and identify defects at full speed
• monitor ink pH and viscosity
• follow work instructions and quality tests
• manage assigned production schedules
• complete job paperwork and record labor and material usage
• clean equipment and follow food-safety, quality, and safety procedures.
