What you'll do

• Develop and implement marketing and business development initiatives to increase referrals, admissions, and occupancy

• coordinate tours, networking events, meetings, and community activities
• collaborate with the Admissions Director, Administrator, and interdisciplinary leadership
• manage social media, website content, online reputation, and digital marketing
• analyze referral trends, occupancy reports, and marketing metrics
• represent the facility at community and professional events
• support facility events and educational programs
• comply with applicable regulations.
