What you'll do

• Develop and execute category strategies aligned with production, engineering, and business goals

• monitor supplier performance

• coordinate demand forecasts and procurement plans with engineering, operations, and finance
• pursue cost reduction and value engineering
• manage hedging or forward buying where applicable
• support new product introduction sourcing
• address supply disruptions, quality issues, and contract disputes
• ensure compliance with company policies, ethical sourcing standards, and trade regulations.
