What you'll do

• Facilitate group and individual activities based on residents’ needs, interests, abilities, preferences, assessments, and care plans
• encourage participation in daily activities, programs, and special events
• help plan and maintain the monthly activity calendar
• prepare supplies, materials, and spaces
• provide positive interaction and encouragement
• complete required documentation and recordkeeping
• support Resident Council activities and monthly meetings
• collaborate with the care team
• follow facility policies, procedures, and safety standards
• promote a respectful and inclusive environment.
