What you'll do

• Provide individual, family, and school-based therapy
• conduct clinical assessments and engagement
• develop diagnoses in consultation with supervisors and psychiatric staff when appropriate
• create and revise treatment plans
• deliver trauma-informed, evidence-based interventions
• provide parent skills training, crisis intervention, and risk assessments
• coordinate discharge planning and referrals
• provide case management and advocacy
• collaborate with partner organizations
• complete required clinical documentation
• participate in supervision, training, and quality reviews.
