What you'll do

• Lead property managers, assistant managers, leasing agents, and maintenance staff
• oversee daily property operations, occupancy, budgets, personnel, risk mitigation, capital improvements, and compliance
• prepare and monitor budgets
• conduct site visits and inspections
• review tenant files and delinquent accounts
• address resident relations and regulatory inquiries
• develop marketing plans
• manage lease-ups
• train direct reports
• and maintain relationships with investors and agencies.
